We had a wonderful time at our Playgroup today. We collected items for the Starfish Foster Home in China. To go with our "Starfish" theme, we did a "beach" craft project and ate starfishy snacks (Goldfish starfish, Nemo gummy snacks, "sandie" cookies).

"Beach in a Bottle" - beads, seashells, pearls, charms, etc in a bottle of brown rice. Great "seek and find" activity, doubles as a noise maker...what fun!
